In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, Avec Amour may accept exchanges and returns within 28-days in the condition that you received them, along with the order invoice you received.
Note: Items must have not been worn or soiled, and with all the original tags and liners intact on the item.
We will exchange the product for any other item we have in stock that is of equal or lesser value. Items exchanged at lesser value will not be refunded.
Alternatively, we may issue you credit to be used at a future date.
Returns are only available on items that have manufacturer’s defects or if the wrong item was shipped. Avec Amour only carries designers that have proven track record for providing high-quality products; however there always are rare circumstances whereby something may have been missed. Once we have confirmed that the item is defective or incorrect we will return 100% of value to you ASAP!
Exchanges are not available for items marked as clearance.
For hygiene reasons, exchanges and refunds are not accepted on panties or any other items worn over the crotch area, hosiery, bodysuits, body care, bedroom toys, adhesive items, personal care products or intimate items.

By Post: Exchanges & returns may be posted to our boutique

You will receive promotional emails from us only if you have asked to receive them. Please allow us 3 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in the process before you submitted your request.
